理想经验:
- 3年以上销售工作经验,在工业领域(医药、汽车及电子行业)与决策者有良好人脉关系者优先;
- 有包装行业背景,了解瓦楞纸、泡沫和/或木质包装产品;
- 熟悉以解决方案为重的包装行业;
- 组织能力强,能整合多项任务;
- 具备较强的分析和解决问题的能力,能针对客户需求分清任务轻重缓急,并高效处理多项紧迫任务;
- 精通沟通、服务和协商技能;
- 熟悉微软Office办公软件,尤其是PowerPoint和Excel;
- 了解供应链流程的成本结构;
- 勇于追求目标,沟通协调和团队协作能力强;
- 中英文的口头及书面表达能力佳;
- 认真可靠、有责任心,能承受较大的工作压力。
岗位职责:
- 完成销售目标;
- 负责对新老客户的大客户管理;
- 执行得斯玛的全球核心价值工具;
- 作为项目经理统筹多个项目,确保项目实现预期成果;
- 与其他部门协作,共同为客户提供服务;
- 整理数据,制定月度报告和总结。

What are we looking for?
Experiences:
- 3 years of experience of sales as well as preferable an existing network with decision makers of the industrial sectors (Pharmaceutical, Automotive & Electronics)
- Background in packaging industry related to corrugated, foam and or wood products
- Experiences with the solution minded packaging industry Good organizational skills to integrate multiple tasks together
- Analytical/ problem solving skills to manage multiple priorities and outline these to the need of customers
- Good communication, service and negotiating skills
- MS-office knowledge, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Understand cost structure of supply chain flows
- Goal-getter, team player and communicator
- Fluent in Chinese and English (both oral and written)
- Reliable, responsible and capable to work under high pressure
Duties:
- Achievement of sales target
- Key account management for existing customers and newly developed customers
- Implement global key value tools of DS Smith
- Coordinate multiple projects as project manager to achieve targeted results
- Coordinate with other departments to work as a team in providing services to clients
- Preparing calculations, monthly reports and overviews

-    为项目安排一位全球联络人,负责与客户方联络人商谈在项目涉及地区的所有相关商业条款;
-    管理所有与客户当地工厂和得斯玛供应商之间的日常行政、供应、运营工作(订单、订货、运输、发票等)。



为满足如此复杂的要求,得斯玛在中国新设运营点,作为“地区物流控制塔”统筹公司在华的上述营运活动。

strategist (www.dssmith.com) within the European Electronics and Automotive industry. Our existing European Customers within these industries are used to having DS Smith design and supply industry bespoke high added value multi-material packaging solutions & services.

Facilitated by access to digital information and open trade routes, our customers can procure materials at the lowest price in one location and ship them to a location with low labour rates, as engineers in yet another location make product design decisions and procurement is on the other side of the globe.

Products are no longer designed, produced and sold in a single country/region: It is not unusual to see Design is in the EU, Procurement in China and Production of the same product, hence requiring the same packaging, in Mexico, China & Europe. Meaning that our customers expect DS Smith to adapt and change our game plan to have to optimum set-up to also now support them on global projects as follows:

-    Design a multi-material global packaging solution & ensure global packaging
performance governance: Packaging specifications, performances, colour
management, FSC etc.
-    Find, select, audit and qualify external packaging manufacturing partners in needed geographies, where DS Smith has no manufacturing capabilities, ensuring
compliance to customer’s standards
-    Have one Global central point of contact to negotiate all commercial conditions, with customer’s global counterpart, for the different geographies impacted by project
-    Manage all day to day admin supply operations (call-offs, ordering, shipments,
invoicing…) between local customer plant and DS Smith’s supplier.

As a result of this complex demand DS Smith has created a new operation in China, which acts as the “Regional Control Tower” and umbrella the above mentioned operations in China.
