KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Have good understanding of planning, procurement, inventory control, ordering management and import/export process, especially for direct material, ordering and production process, quality control and market trend of resources, define purchasing strategy & negotiate technique and implement it.
2. To lead approximately 30 associates for end to end supply chain process and provide valuable coach to develop their skills with strong leadership.
3. Analyzing and summarizing purchasing planning, forecast reports and others.
4. Develop supply chain plan and purchasing strategy based on business requirement.
5. To coach teams to optimize the supply chain strategy and process, and to improve the efficiency of supply chain management.
6. Act as interface between supplier and production, quality, finance and other related department, coordinate interaction between each other.
7. Key member of ERP project team to share valuable feedback and make sure new process is going to be implemented fluently within team.
8. Fully Compliance with Ethics & Business Practices requirements, EHS rules and Danaher procurement guideline.
9. Other works distributed by line manager.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
1. Proficient in English reading and writing.
2. Good communication and negotiate skill.
3. Bachelor degree or above, 8 years plus working experience in supply chain management role in MFG and commercial field.
4. Good understanding of warehouse management, ordering process, planning, procurement process as well as import/export.
4. Good understanding of ERP system implemented into end to end supply chain process.
5. Good leadership skill to coach and develop people.
6. Good understanding of LEAN principle and had process integration experience.
