职位描述：
概述：
学习督导是EF、学员及家长之间的主要沟通桥梁，负责课程管理流程的执行工作。一个成功的学习督导能显著地推动客户续费及推荐。
 
角色：
学习督导将作为主要的负责人，处理学员与家长任何与学习有关的问题或意见。同时学习督导需要清楚得掌握所负责学员的所有信息例如：学员的性格，目标，学习进度，老师反馈以及家长期望或意见等等。
 
职责：
·         根据CMP管理学员的课程表以及课程进度，了解学生基础、授课计划及课程内容，帮助学生制定学习计划，辅导学生背单词、写作业以及作业检查等工作,帮助孩子达到理想目标成绩或英文水平。
·         根据CMP规定的频率或者现实情况况的需要，追踪教学质量，保障教学结果，通过面对面、电话或是邮件的形式，密切地与家长进行沟通
·         建立学生学习档案，统计好学生考试信息，做好阶段分析工作
·         协调其他部门推进教学计划，协助各种校内外的活动
·         处理来自家长/学员的意见及投诉
·         高强度和密度跟踪考培学生，负责客户的续费工作
·        适应灵活排班，可以接受周中晚班和周末上班
 
资格:
·         本科及以上学历，师范类或英语类专业，有海外留学经验优先
·         1-2年工作经验优先
·         有各类考培行业工作经验者优先
·         大学英语六级以上或口语能力优秀者优先
·         有强烈的责任感
·         有亲和力，善于沟通者优先
·         有灵活应变的能力
·         有快速的学习领悟能力
·         有较强的服务意识和团队配合意识
·         熟练使用微软办公软件，能够快速处理各项书面工作
·         有咨询销售及客服经验者优先
·         高度理解并认同英孚企业文化，并有良好的职业操守

Synopsis:
The Progress Advisor is the main contact point between EF, students and parents. The role is responsible for the implementation of Course Management Procedure. The successful Progress Advisor is expected to significantly drive customer referral and recommendations。
 
The role:
Progress Advisor is the main contact person for both parents and students when it comes to any study related issues. PA needs to know everything about each and every of his students’ personality, goals, study progress, teacher and parents wish list etc.
 
You will:
?Manage courses' schedule and progress according to the Course Management Procedures (CMP)
?Be in charge for parental communication: face to face, by phone and email, with a frequency defined by CMP or even more often is required
?Solve and/or communicate any issues brought up by students/parents
?Be responsible for repeated sales
?Assist in organizing activities within and outside the schools, especially Life Clubs
 
You have/are:
?Bachelor degree or above, Education or English major, learning abroad experience is a plus
?Have min of two-years work experience
?Have  experience in TOEFL, IELTS, SAT related industry is a plus
?English CET6 or above
?Strong  English academic skills
?Strong sense of responsibilit
?Open minded, willing to communicate with all people
?Very flexible and can handle emergencies
?Quick learner
?Good team player
?Microsoft Office software application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
?Be able to work on weekends (the off-days will be between Mon. to Fri.)
