职位描述
奢侈品、免税店经营经验。
工作地点:西安咸阳机场
Position Objective:
To ensure the effective performance of one or more stores through the management of all direct report staff and implementation of company policy and procedures. To lead by example and take a hand’s on approach to the business with high levels of attention to detail to maximise sales and profitability by providing an exceptional culture that goes beyond expectations.
Key Activities:
· Ensuring the store profitability and providing of exceptional service in accordance to the Lagadère Services’ standards.
· Defining sales policy (product offer, price, merchandising, sales events, and stock management) and fixing the sales objectives.
· Managing several points of sale.
· Managing the Corporate Image of both Lagardère Services and the fashion brands.
· Contributing to the business strategy of development.
· To act in a professional manner in every daily activity carried out in the store and therefore to lead by example
· To analyze the performance of points of sale, to propose and to implement any corrective actions when necessary.
· To manage the store staffing (work schedules, staff rotations, bank holidays, country holidays, applying internal/conventional/contractual rules) in order to develop the sales.
· To determine the objectives of different teams and to monitor their achievement,
· To ensure continuously a good level of stock in the store by monitoring their thresholds.
· To ensure good setup of sales events and to monitor progress.
· To coordinate the back office support activities (cashing purchases, fund collection, unknown mark-downs) and logistics (management of stock and boutique supply, monitoring customs issues).
· To be responsible for monitoring the budget including: sales, average purchase, markdowns, workforce.
· To conduct the assistant managers’ annual appraisals according to the company’s standards and to propose professional promotion for their colleagues (the career development programme).
· To participate in the recruitment of Team Leaders and Team Members.
· To ensure the good integration of new employees according to the company’s training standards (induction training programme and tutoring programme on the shopfloor).
· To ensure that the customer complaints are handled according to company standards.
· To understand and apply the LS Asia Policy to assist in providing a clean and safe environment
· To have a complete understanding of the LS Asia Employee Handbook, Procedures and Policies and to abide by these at all times.
· To maintain high dress standards, wearing the correct uniform and name badge at all times.
· To ensure that all aspects of wages control, increasing sales and increasing profitability of the store are maintained and managed properly and regularly.
· Loss Prevention -Investigate loss prevention issues and report to the Area Manager or to the Revenue Protection Officer
Skills, Knowledge and Experience:
· The successful applicant has a Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma with at least 5 years of significant experience in managing a sales team, mandatorily acquired in the Fashion distribution sector.
· Good understanding of sales and operations of a luxury fashion store.
· Strong interpersonal relationship skills and demonstrated leadership abilities.
· Strong understanding of the customer service basics.
· Command of office tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) is necessary.
