Major Responsibilities and Duties:

Job Responsibility：
Maintain provider profile input and update in RN-Staff database, generate reports
Keep tracking of nursing licensing validity of entire nursing workforce, and support renewal of nursing license
Work closely with Nursing Education department on the continuing nursing education hours for JIH nurses to ensure we fulfill the minimum requirement for all staff.
Assist with CNO on meeting schedules
Coordinate Hospital wide nursing events e.g. Nurses day celebrations
Assist CNO with the Newsletter write up (monthly)
Coordinate visits with MGH nursing counterparts
Assist with Nursing services on government inspection related preparations
Provide secretariat support for nursing weekly meeting or any other committee as requested
Provide general support to CNO

Qualifications and Requirements

1-3 years of experience in a healthcare setting or advance degree in healthcare or related field
