职位： IT业务支持
工作职责：
? 负责公司电脑硬件和软件的安装和日常维护，故障排除及恢复等常规技术服务，并使用既定的流程和程序解决设备问题。
? 负责服务器的配置与管理，包括：域环境、文件共享和权限、防病毒等服务。
? 组织和协调安装，负责路由器、交换机与防火墙等网络设备的日常维护、升级及安装。
? 用户ID及权限的申请、定期审核及取消。
? 负责办公室其他设备维护，包括：打印机，电话，会议室投影系统 及IT相关的资产管理。
? 与电信及相关单位沟通，协调并促进公司项目的开展和实施。
? 紧急状况的及时应变和处理，提供解决方案和处理报告并及联系相关部门。
职位要求：
? 本科学历以上，计算机、网络工程或IT相关专业，具有1年以上相关行业经验者优先；
? 良好的中英文书写和口语能力，英语四级及以上；
? 熟练应用Microsoft office, 包括Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Access；
? 精通电脑软硬件及电脑周边设备的安装、维护及管理，解决各类计算机软硬件的故障。
? 熟悉各种路由器、防火墙、交换机配置及管理，对因特网安全结构，系统漏洞、入侵检测、病毒防护、防火墙等有了解和实践经验；
? 反应敏捷，良好的逻辑思维能力、沟通技巧和协作能力，工作积极主动，具有团队合作精神。
