职位描述：

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/主要职责 ( include EHSS responsibilities)

1.Imp. & Export & China Inbound logistics business for WCCC:

a. Imp. & Exp. shipment custom declaration handling and follow up.

b. Apply and manage Imp. & Exp. related certificates

c. Track and ensure all the imported shipments arrive at warehouse and customers on-time and without any damage

d. Maintain Imp & Export cargoes information.

e. Support on the finish goods order fulfilment.

f．Related SAP functions operate

g. Work closely with team members, cross-functional team and business partner on logistics operation work.

2. Authorities affairs

a. Support Shanghai operation team on customs and CIQ challenge issue.

b. Collet and summary customs and related government new policy and regulation to team.

c. Help operation team to well understanding custom & CIQ policy and regulation.

d. Provide logistics consulting service to internal and external customer.

3. LSP management

a. LSP monthly KPI record and analyze.

b. Customer complaint Handle.

c. Monthly logistics cost settlement & analysis

4. Report

a. Timely finish weekly and monthly report

5. Backup when other colleagues is on leave

6. Other tasks assigned by line manager.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION/必备条件(education, language, expertise, functional competencies)

1. Bachelor's Degree required', at least over 5 years work experience in logistics function. Worked in Chemical company is an advantage;

2. Fluent English language skill in writing'' reading and speaking.

3. Self-motivated, good communication skills ,detail-oriented, organized, efficient

4. Customer oriented, self-discipline, problem solving, interpersonal understanding

5. Excellence skill on Microsoft office, especially on PowerPoint and Excel.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Word'' Excel'' PowerPoint'' internet research. SAP software's an advantage.

7. Mature and capable of handling highly confidential information
