Job Description:岗位职责:
- Implement purchasing policies for all existing suppliers；
- 对现有供应商执行采购政策
- Manage supplier relationship and performance；
- 管理供应商关系和表现
- Negotiate the best market price according to the company cost strategy in consideration of quality standard and timely delivery；
- 根据公司成本战略以及质量标准和交付率来商定***的市场价格
- Take preventive measures to ensure on-time deliveries, and expedient action on delayed items；
- 采取预防措施确保准时的交付，并能对延迟项目采取有利的行动
- Assist Procurement Department Manager with Procurement Dept Budget setup and control；
- 协助采购部门经理设定和控制采购部门的预算
- Monitor the economic health, operating systems, capacity and contract performance of existing supplier to assure that cost, quality, delivery, and service expectations are met, using the measurement and indicator；
- 监察现有供应商的良性经济，操作系统，产能以及合同执行力，以此来确保成本、质量和交付情况以及服务期望是否得到满足，是否使用测量和我方指示来操作。
- Supplier on time delivery management;
- 对供应商及时交付的管理
- Make spending analyses are carried out, being involved in agreeing targets with employees and supplier targets, concluding long-term contracts, pushing through open book calculation and reduction of material overheads, price negotiations with suppliers in order to improve the company result;
- 贯彻支出分析，其中包含与员工和供应商已达成一致的目标，完成签订长期合同、类目计算以及减少材料费用、与供应商的价格商定，由此来改善公司业绩
- Review and improve procedures and work efficiency of the department.
- 复审以及完善程序，并能在部门内高效工作

Job Requirements: 岗位需求:
- Bachelor Degree. Major: Commercial related major
- 本科学历，商业相关专业
- Excellent written and spoken English, German is a plus
- 优异的听书读写英语能力，会德语更加
- Familiar with ERP system
- 熟悉ERP系统
- Rich experience in procurement
- 具有丰富的采购经验
- About 5 years related experience in purchasing field in manufacturing industry
- 在制造型企业采购领域具有5年及以上相关经验
- Strong project management and follow-up skills;
- 较强的项目管理和跟踪能力
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- 具有卓越的沟通和谈判技巧
- Ability to work independently and work under pressure
- 能够独立并在高压下开展工作
