职位描述：
1.Daily Planning, Service Analysis and Report
-Base on history data to provide daily planning (shipment/tonnage) on Freight Forward operation as basic information for next phase staffing analysis usage
- Annual, monthly, weekly and daily planning
- Service case review and analysis
- Weekly/Daily report
2.Freight Forward Time Study & Work Measurement
- Base on the current work to setup requirement and local condition, do work measurement and time study
- Support FF operation team (Air/Ocean) to have an effective work force method to support daily work
3.Operation Plan Setup and Implement
- Support supervisor to maintain and update MOP
- Implementation
- Business Plan Support
- Staffing justification
4.Training and Development
- Provide the training and guide to OPS
- Implement new system and procedure
- Review and follow up the other change

Requirement:
1.Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Process Management and relevant discipline, or equal years' experience
2.1~2 years related experience; preferably in logistics engineering, especially about Hub/Logistic operations, Freight Forward industry, service improvement
3.Good command of written and reading English
4.Good computer skills in Excel, Word, Power point
5.Good communication skills
6.Good analysis, process management, planning & organizing skills
7.High initiative and influencing power, attention to details
