职位描述：
工作职责：
- 负责收集和整理库存业务相关数据，定期制作和汇报面向主机厂的库存业务报表。（例如：库存业务审批进度、贷后审计违规情况等）
- 负责记录并汇报库存业务审贷会的会议纪要，收集各部门的需求，并对需要市场部支持的事项进行协调与跟进。
- 协助整理和分析库存业务数据，并在上司安排下，协助制作库存业务相关的汇报材料
- 协调处理与主机厂相关的日常库存业务事宜
- 完成上司交办的其他工作

岗位资质
- 学历：本科或以上学历
- 工作经验：2年及以上的相关工作经验，金融行业经验优先考虑
- 专业要求：了解汽车金融产品、服务和运营，以及汽车金融相关市场
- 良好的沟通表达能力、协调能力，学习能力较强，具备较强的分析技能和解决问题的能力
- 良好的 PPT和 Excel能力，结构及意图表达清晰、易于理解
- 英文读写流利
- 熟悉经销商库存业务者优先

Job Responsibilities：
- Collect, organize and summarize floor plan business data. Regularly make FP business reports and statements to OEMs. (e.g. credit approval progress of FP business, audit violation report etc.)
- Record and report the meeting resolution of FP CCC/Sub-CCC meeting. Collect the demands of other departments, then coordinate and follow up the FP affairs needing the support of marketing department.
- Assist to organize and analyze FP business data. Make reporting materials of FP business under the supervisor′s arrangement.
- Assist to coordinate and deal with routine FP operation issues related with OEMs.
- Perform other ad-hoc work assigned by the supervisor

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred
- 2 years of related work experience preferably in the auto or finance industry
- Understanding of automotive captive finance company products, services & operations, as well as its associated markets;
- Excellent communication and organizing ability、ability to learn
- Good PPT & Excel skills with ability to clearly express ideas in a reader-friendly way;
- Fluent in both oral and written English
- Strong knowledge and understanding of FP business preferred
