职位描述：
In partnership with the Recruitment Specialist APAC, manage the entire recruitment process for China at our site in Shanghai Office and be the first person of contact for Hiring Managers and HR Business Partner.
Consult and advice stakeholders on recruitment strategies, write job ads, select suitable job markets and social media channels
Identify and approach potential candidates by using all available candidates sources (web 2.0, databases, etc.)
Pre-screen and interview candidates, present them to the business as well as manage agencies.
Support in implementing Global recruiting concepts and standards.


University degree (HR and or scientific degree in Biology or related fields ideal).
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in recruiting and sourcing candidates (either from an Agency or from a Talent Acquisition Team in industry).
Proficient knowledge of sourcing method-logy, social media tools and high level of IT affinity
Business fluent in English.
Very strong business acumen, high customer orientation, excellent communication and consulting skills.
Experience of dealing with high volume recruitment and running assessment centres.
