职位描述：

1、Work closely with Architects and Front End team to publish a comprehensive FPGA and post Silicon Validation/Characterization test plans.

2、 Design and implement, by using C, Verilog and/or Software emulation in FPGA or system board to verify design functions on ARM based MCU related design before tapeout.

3、 Define and drive FPGA main test board and sub system board design and implementation.

4、Lead FPGA required synthesis and implementation based on Xilinx / Altera.

5、Define, design and implement system test board for full scope post silicon validation and characterization.

6、Perform post silicon validation/silicon bring up, debug and characterization of new silicon (split) to ensure they meet the product specifications across temp/ voltage/ frequency/ power/ performance. Do a detail reports and present the final results.

7、 Work with Analog team to do silicon correlation on Analog design.

8、 Work with digital team to identify speed and risk paths on silicon.

9、 Support failure analysis and/or quality/reliability analysis in conjunction with architects, digital design, analog and operations team to come out a solution.

10、Develop power/performance related tests to evaluate the power/performance value.

11、Do competitive analysis between our chips and competitor’s chips based on function/performance/power and make conclusions / recommendations.

职位要求：

1、 BSEE or MSEE (preferred) with 4+ years of directly related industry experience in ASIC/SOC/FPGA Verification and/or post silicon validation.

2、Familiar with ARM based MCU architecture，microarchitecture (AHB, APB ,,,) and related IP operations and protocols. Also familiar with MCU system level tools ie. IAR/Keil/Ulink and debug mode.

4、Exposures to post-Silicon validation, silicon bring up, testing/debug/root cause of circuit marginalities, product engineering, foundry manufacturing, etc.

5、 Understanding test execution through both functional mode and DFX hooks.

6、Comfortable working primarily in a lab environment

7、Experience with FPGA development on Xilinx or Altera, also experience to do FPGA debug thru ChipScope or SignalTap.

8、Hands-on experience and fluency with lab equipment, such as digital multi-meter, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, power supply, data logger...etc.

9、 Should have worked on developing/implementing FPGA/ post silicon validation test plans at the block/chip-level for a multi-million-gate complex SOC.

10、 Fluent in Verilog/C C++ and scripting languages. Demonstrated competency with Perl/Python scripting language(s) is desirable

11、 Good communication skills, team working spirits.

13、 Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills

14、 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment and take the initiative and drive for results.
