Objectives of the Position

? Bath parameter control and quality control

? Meet both BSC and customer’s requirements of EHS and report the EHS problems

? Project /approval test support/lead

? Trouble shooting support

? Participate/lead lab activities;

Main Tasks

? To carry out regular tests on bath samples and alarm on abnormal bath parameters.

? Implement all the tests as customer requested for product approval/plant submission, design and draft report to E-Coat manager or project manager with standard format to customer/internal.

? Implement the test matrix as customer requested for new product/conversion/compatibility tests.

? Lead lab trials for root reason of online problem and other activities.

? Inspection plan update and maintenance, technical guidance and support on quality control lab.

? Other E-coat activities including quality control, production, localization, technical supports, etc.

? Trouble shooting support.

? Ensure the responsible area to fulfill the rules of Quality and safety of BASF.

Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position

? Education: Bachelor or above in chemical field

? Working Experience:2+years in E-Coating field or related

? Technical & Professional Knowledge: Good sense of technology automotive OEM Coatings; Sprit of team work.
