Purpose of the position:
Develop and implement electronic solutions for business department processes and procedures. Prepare and deliver workplace-related trainings to all Greater China employees to increase workplace productivity. Support end-users for workplace-related issues. Supervise all administrative tasks taken care by the IT User Administration team. Assist Country Head of IT Greater China to develop, implement and standardize IT processes, procedures and documentation for a more effective IT setup.
Key Tasks
? Develop and implement electronic solutions for business department processes and procedures.
? Develop desktop productivity tools and e-learning material.
? Under general supervision, organizes and conducts moderately complex training and educational programs for information systems/office automation tools or user personnel.
? Maintains records of training activities, employee progress, and program effectiveness. Competent to work on most phases of information system training
? Deliver technology-related soft-skill trainings.
? Prepare and maintain documentation for all training curriculums.
? Provide end-user support for office automation tools.
? Supervise all administrative tasks taken care of by the IT User Administration team.
? Assist Country Head of IT to develop, implement and standardize IT processes, procedures and documentation.

Educational background / Work experience
? Minimum of a four year degree from an accredited college or university in IT, Trainings or related discipline
? Experience in similar capacity (minimum 1 year)
Language skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin, Cantonese is a plus
Computer Literacy
? Expert knowledge in MS office suite plus a wide range of common desktop productivity tools
? Programming skills in scripting languages (e.g. JavaScript, VBA, etc.)
? Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS and Javascript
? eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia)
? Basic knowledge in administering Active Directory
? Knowledge in design application including photo-editing, movie-editing, and desktop publishing (DTP) software is a plus
