职位描述：
? Take quality role, following up the PDP and NPI process; FAI and PPAP review.
发挥质量作用，跟进PDP以及NPI的流程。审核FAI以及PPAP文件。
? Coordinate with after Sales technical Engineer to resolve customer complaints and concerns. And promote internal fast containment, solve the problem of quality defects and effectively solve the quality defects to prevent it from happening again.
与售后工程师合作处理客户投诉，并推进内部的快速反馈，有效的处理客诉不良品，并进行原因分析，防止问题重复发生。
? Determine root cause analysis of quality issues surfacing in a product manufacturing environment utilizing FTA、8D 、PFMEA etc.
使用FTA、8D、PFMEA工具对生产线发生的问题进行根本原因的分析及改善。
? Provide engineering support to operations ensuring consistent application of quality techniques. Apply and use appropriate of statistical techniques like CPK、MSA, etc.
能够运用适当的分析工具，如CPK，MSA等，确保质量技术应用的一致性。
? Manage the quality level of the production process, responsible for FPY, scrap rate, quality problems in the production process, to organize the team to put forward the temporary containment measures and make a good record;
确保生产过程中FPY，报废率等质量指标的符合性，并通过团队合作对潜在的问题进行持续改善。
? Establish the inspection standard of finished products, semi-finished products and raw materials. And train inspectors and workers.
编制零件，半成品及成品的检验文件，并对相关人员进行培训。
? Continuous analysis to improve the quality problem and reduce the cost of rework and scrap; material management in QS area; Daily judgment, disposition, record. And clean out the QS area;
持续分析并改善质量损失成本，并降低不良品率。
? Responsible for the working flow of DMR.
负责处理工作过程中的产品失效报告（DMR）。
? Manage the incoming material quality of suppliers, contain the supplier unqualified products, supervise and assist the supplier to implement the rectification of the problem. Coordinate with the supplier to make the temporary containment measures during supplier quality issues, and make the track record;
负责处理供应商来料以及生产过程中的不良问题，并协同供应商进行持续改善，减少不良的发生。

职位要求:
? Solid knowledge about electronic & electrical product with its function and process;
熟练掌握电子电器产品的功能以及生产过程。
? Solid understanding of Problem Solving and Customer service;
熟悉问题的处理以及客户服务方面的能力。
? Solid understanding of Quality Management Systems ISO9001 and quality tools;
熟练掌握ISO9001质量体系以及质量工具。
? 3 years EE related experience, engineering degree from university or college;
3年以上制造业工厂工作经验，电子工程，机电工程等本科学历背景。
