职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.Responsible for leading the establishment of branch annual service plan and to ensure that services reach business targets.
负责领导分公司年度服务计划的编制，并确保各项服务业务指标的达成；
2.Train subordinates, to create a good working environment, improve employee satisfaction.
培养下属，营造良好的工作氛围，提高员工满意度；
3.Organize regular meetings held in branch service, timely tracking business indicators of the completion.
定期组织召开分公司服务会议，及时跟踪各项业务指标的完成情况；
4.Understand the regional market competitors and customers, and to develop appropriate competitive strategies.
了解区域市场内竞争对手和客户的情况，并制定相应的竞争策略；
5.Understand government regulations and policies on the industry as well as property management regulations and policies.
了解政府对行业的法规和政策以及对物业管理的法规和政策；
6.Responsible for handling emergencies in branch.
负责分公司突发事件的处理；
7.Understanding the business-related financial base knowledge and be able to use the financial statements of the business management division.
理解与业务相关的财务基础知识，并能运用财务报表管理分公司的各项业务；
8.Have some strategic and tactical ideas to market; make reasonable comments and suggestions to the company's management.
对市场有一定的战略和战术的思路；对公司的管理能够提出合理的意见和建议；
9.Other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
完成领导交办的其他任务。

任职资格：
1.College degree or above.
大专及以上
2.More than 5 years Relative working experience.
5年以上相关工作经验。
