职位描述：
? Play a key role in projects, as a premier Designer or Project Manager.
? Lead project design and execution, give design directions to the project teams, control design quality.
? Lead design in a holistic process oriented approach based on a contemporary innovative methodology from the vision to build works; Develop design plans in response to technical problems posed by a project’s scope; Develops innovative solutions to problems.
? Be responsible for financial management of the project, ensure key deadlines are met and that the project stays on schedule and staff are working together effectively.
? Develop and maintain clients, manage the presentation and report development from clients; Play a key role in client management and keep positive client feedback and satisfaction.
? Collaborate and co-work with other team or internal partners.
? Mentor young designers. Work, inspire and manage a diverse team of design professionals from around the world focusing on strong communication and team leadership abilities. May work with team leaders on recruit, manage and retain key talents.
? Proactively engage in team building and young professional development.
? Be able to attract and recruit talent designers.

职位要求：
? Bachelor degree or above in Planning, Urban Design, Architecture or related fields
? Minimum 10 years of experience in master planning / urban design working on a variety of projects involving multiple disciplines.
? Strong technical skills- Proven track record of delivering projects in China; Knowledgeable on contractual requirements and project financials; Excellent design, visualization and graphic skills; Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite software packages
? Ability to capture and successfully deliver projects.
? Proven team work and mentor skills.
? Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal teams and clients.
? Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
