职位描述：

- Process purchase orders as generated by Oracle system, check Need by Date based on standard lead time, release purchased order to supplier and get acknowledgement in daily basis, maintain and update Promise Date in Oracle system in a timely manner.

- Communicate with suppliers closely to reschedule in/out open orders based on customer request.

- Coordinate with Planning, Quality and Sourcing to process ECN and COPQ issues.

- Continually improve supplier OTD performance and Lead Time reduction.

- Achieve annual cost reduction target by leverage with suppliers.

- Track and maintain supplier contracts for accuracy, compliance and expiration.

- Regular visit supplier to solve problem on site.

- Backup for other members in supply chain team.

Required Capabilities:

- College or above, majored in mechanical, electrical or business management is perferred

- Fluent in English (Oral and Written)

- Excellent on PC application (MS Office Word, Excel and PPT) is essential

- Minimum of 3 years work experience in a multinational manufacturing or trading company

- ERP (Oracle) and Min-Max Stock / Scheduling experience

- Willing to work under pressure

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Team player who shows both cooperation and initiative
