Synopsis:
As a Regional Sales Manager at EF Academy you will be responsible for sales/student recruitment/Agent and School Partnerships in designated areas in China. We are a fast-growing product and even though you start working as a solo person in the area, we believe you will be able to grow regional sales at high pace and therefore build up your own team that will help you to achieve great results.
 
The role:
Regional Sales Manager plays one of the key roles in EF Academy product management team. Apart from daily sales responsibilities, we expect Regional Sales Manager to contribute to development and maintain strong relations with existing internal and external partners across China, while expanding our network of partners.
 
You will:
Coordinate with the Country Manager your marketing and sales activities to execute our overall strategy in ChinaUnderstand and meet short- and long-term sales goals for your regionsBe overall responsible for daily sales activities related to your region, which includes but not limits to:building up new and keeping existing Partnerships to make sure you provide high quality customer service and support.Meet and exceed the communicated sales targets through networking, business development, and other promotional activities.Maintain smooth internal cooperation working closely with the B2C team and engage in marketing activities that will increase EF Academy’s market shareProduce and request the marketing materials required to achive the sales targets

You have/are:
An Undergraduate degree qualification or equivalent preferably inBusiness/Management/Marketing/Administration or other relevant. Education experience abroad is a requirement.Minimum 3-5 years sales experience ideally gained while working within an aggressive sales office environment.Detailed insider knowledge of China. Native Chinese speaker with fluent oral and written English skills
