Round Tool Product Specialist圆柄刀具专家

Today, things are happening fast and on a global scale. Winners understand changes in customer demands and market conditions – and adjust their ways to be able to capitalize. Some of the changes that we see today, such as customers going global and increasing digital customer interactions, emphasize the need for a more unified global approach.

As part of the transformation into one global sales function for Sandvik Coromant, we are now looking for a Round Tool Product Specialist in Beijing or Shanghai. In this position you report directly to the Round Tools Sales Cluster Manager, North Asia.

Key performance area:

？ Product Management
? Understand customers' needs, market trends and business opportunities
? Be familiar with corresponding products and relevant application
? Provide relevant product information to sales team
? Provide relevant products report to sales team
? Feedback relevant products need to Product Management and R&D
? Make competition analysis and attack strategy
? Product assortment/conversion support
? Prepare/collect product best practice
? Field test
? Coordinate relevant visit from Product Management and R&D

？ Sales Support
? Tool test
? Trouble shooting
? PIP, CVF, machining optimization support
? Assisting on projects, before and after sales

？ Training Support
? Support Coropak process
? Support relevant Advanced Products Training
? Support necessary customer training

？ Marketing Support
? Support relevant marketing activities/projects
? Technical paper proof reading
? May perform other functions that may be assigned.

Your profile:

？ Bachelor or Master Degree in Electronics, Chemistry, Engineering, Materials Science or extensive industrial experience
？ 5 years’ experience in sales, technical sales or R&D
？ Fluent in spoken and written English
？ Strong business focus, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
？ Demonstrated ability to drive product & segment development programs, customer/end-user interaction and conduct training
？ Demonstrated ability to develop, execute and analyze well-designed tests and trails
