Main responsibilities
1. Team Assistant (20%)
a. Admin support
i. Provide structured administrative support, including reimbursement, payment voucher, travel, etc.
ii. Interface with all relevant departments to maintain office supply and environment
b. Event organization
i. Work with in/external parties to organize team events and activities, including schedule coordination, progress tracking, resources management, logistic support etc. to ensure the smooth running of such events
ii. Coordinate with company employees activities
c. Meeting coordination
i. Key department meeting coordination including meeting rooms reservation, logistic and other administrative support
2. Team Culture (20%)
a. Team Culture support
i. Support team culture monthly activity plan, preparation and related documentation work
b. Team Award Program
i. Provide support of update team member scores of the program and publish award program scorecard in a monthly base
c. Communication Platform maintain
i. Coordinate with internal authors to submit the articles according to the planned schedule
ii. Support team to edit articles
iii. Provide readers clicking report and proper analysis in a monthly base
3. Customer Centric & Value (60%)
a. Report preparation
i. Support Customer Centric team to prepare regular report
b. Project support
i. Coordinate with team member for project status and actions tracking
c. Customer feedback
i. Record customer feedback or service complaint
ii. Follow up customer request and work with cross functions for proper response
iii. Consolidate customer feedback in an organized way and provide proper analysis of customer voice
iv. Work closely with team leader to identify improvement opportunity from customer feedback
Requirements
1. General requirements
a. Good written and spoken English
b. Active team player
c. Passionate and hardworking
d. Effective communication skills both written and verbal
e. Good skill with knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Software applications, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
f. Open minded
2. Other requirements
a. Skills such as poster design, video clipping etc.
b. Good writing skill for internal communication materials
c. Experience as WeChat editor or other digital communication platform
d. Customer oriented
e. Willing to develop in the customer service area
f. Logical thinking and analysis skill
g. An ability to improve processes and to adapt rapidly to change
