Job description:
1. In order to increase the sense of communication with the society and acquire the stable position in it, to lead CSR & PR activities in Greater YL-CN and cooperate with NYK Line.
2. In order to let Expats work more effectively or smoothly, will manage salary, apartment, insurance, healthcare such as necessary job to co- work with GHQ.
3. For effective operation of company, commitment to compliance, probation of fraud and risk management, to organize various internal control activities such as J-SOX, ISO, Anti- Trust, preparation of company regulations in Greater YL- Cn and pass the external audits when required.
4. In order to manage the team smoothly, to be a bridge between manager and subordinate. It is requested to train them in cooperation with manager.
5. In order to support management to run Greater YL- Cn, to provide and prepare necessary PL analysis and Budget planning along with management intention, and to prepare various management reports for President.
6. In order to raise overall bevel of CP Division, provide jobs to staff reasonably with continuous opportunities to face new challenges by enhancing job sharing, hand-over and so on.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Basic knowledge PC skill, necessary to read and write Japanese.
3. Compliance oriented/ Precise/ Fairness/ Disciplined/ Good & Prompt Judgment/ Well- communication with staffs in every layers.
