About Delivery Excellence
The remit of our Delivery Excellence team is to make delivery a sustainable competitive differentiator by enhancing value for the Client and for Cognizant. We meet client expectations by consistently improving standards and using pragmatic, cost efficient and effective processes and practices. We enable faster delivery by significantly reducing the time to deliver complex service offerings and promote agility through innovation, which increases productivity by freeing up staff to work on higher value tasks. Ultimately, we help to establish better control through clear visibility of service delivery thus ensuring customer and user expectations and compliance objectives are met.
We approach this through a global team that works to strengthen upstream delivery activities, collaborating and partnering with Geography Delivery leads.
Responsibilities
? Support in enabling consistent best in class delivery across the Region through effective Implementation of Delivery Excellence initiatives (process improvements, transformations programs, etc.)
? Provide support in localization of processes and project level DE facilitation to ensure noiseless delivery
? Support in building maturity, quality, cost and velocity on par with offshore delivery centres
? Facilitate implementation of effective risk management process across engagements within the region
? Help promote DE within the geography during interactions with on-site delivery teams and customers
? Provide support to business development activities including RFP responses, project delivery due diligence and customer engagement
? Help with process configuration facilitation & process coaching for delivery teams - Process customization and Support with process documents, run-books, work instructions, ops manual etc.
? Supporting governance of Projects and Accounts by assisting with the conduct of Kick offs and project management reviews (PMR)
? Conduct project specific facilitation and report Risks and issues
? Facilitate Adoption of COE recommended best practice for the assigned projects
? Participate in delivery readiness reviews with project team (Go/No Go reviews)
