Position target:
1. Leads implementation team to deliver large scale project/program successfully according to project/program SOW and agreed schedule
2. Manages resources capacity and utilization in a way to keep cost & expense in line with project/program budget
3. Enhances client relationship via good communications and customer satisfaction
4. Complies with and enforces standard policies and procedures of incadea service delivery methodology
Responsibilities:
Project /Program Management
. Manages the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large scale projects.
. Reviews high-level deliverables across projects.
. Implements engagement review and quality assurance procedures in accordance with project delivery methodology to ensure profitable and successful execution of sale engagements as measured by regional/country goals and customer satisfaction.
. Minimizes our exposure and risk across multiple or large scale projects.
. Manages scope and mitigates risk across projects
. Defines project team members’ responsibility of the Parties
. Makes project plan in details and ensures that all project stakeholders understand respective task and timeline completely.
. Controls milestone of the project delivery on time, finds solution in case of delay.
. Responsible for solving conflict of internal, external and cross conflict between internal and external.
. Recognizes areas for internal improvement and develops plans for execution.
. Balances the relationship between internal and external. Improves customer satisfaction.
. Good sense of dealing with customer political issues.
Project Accounting
. Manages to achieve revenue goals set for projects/program.
. Accurately forecasts revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.
. Determines appropriate revenue recognition, ensures accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables for all projects under his/her direction.
. Integrates financial data for multiple or large scale projects.
. Compares financial data for projects/program to that of other projects and seeks ways to maximize revenue.
. Analyzes profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization across projects.
. Controls costs and expenses well and makes every effort to decrease extra cost
. Addresses elevated billing issues when they arise.
Project communication
. Serves as key participant in team and client meetings.
. Acts as formal communication channel between project/program team and HQ relevant parties
. Confronts issues openly and quickly .
. Effectively communicates relevant project/program information to superiors and peers in other projects.
. Tactfully communicates sensitive information.
Project Organisation:
. Reviews the status reports of team members across projects and addresses issues as appropriate.
. Assesses training needs of team members and make training proposal/suggestion to HR EDD.
. Handles difficult personnel situations directly, using appropriate discretion, HR advice, and respect for the individual.
. Participates in personnel performance evaluations program and career development planning related to project team members.
要求:
Experience essentials
. 5+ year experience of managing software projects
. Financial knowledge is necessary
. Oversea working and study is a plus
. Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing
Leadership

. Possesses the expert knowledge to identify opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change.
