职位描述：
Act as the main point of contact for all facets of Visual Merchandising activities for existing retail stores and planned new store openings in China
负责店铺陈列及新店开张
Coordinate Visual Merchandising activities with distributors/clients for partner-operated stores.
协助加盟商进行视觉陈列
Translate and create guideline and standards for stores
翻译并制定陈列规范和要求
Plan and conduct periodic VM training to store staff
给销售人员陈列培训
Work closely with other departments, distributors to ensure all VM/in-store POP materials orders are placed/received as per the direction and market needs
负责向店铺发放并安置陈列道具
Ensure that all stores and POS in field implement VM at the highest possible standards in- line with brands guidelines and standards
确保所有店铺视觉陈列效果符合品牌规范和要求

Job Requirements:
岗位要求：
- Academy of arts with college degree or above, major in Visual communication design, Display design, etc
陈列或艺术类专业毕业
- At least 2 to 3 years working experience of brand visual merchandising in fashion or retail industry. experience is preferred.
2-3年的工作经验，零售业从业经历为佳
- Proficient in computer graphic design software, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
熟练使用office及绘图软件
- Teamwork, self-motivated, working under high pressure.
团队合作精神，一定的抗压能力
- Accept work shift, travel requirements and irregular work schedule.
能够接受偶尔出差，加班
- Creative and have the ability of organization and skills of display.
有创意，组织能力强
- Good capability of communicating, expressing , reading and writing.
较强的表达能力，沟通能力
- Have a good aesthetic sense and strong ability to learn about fashion.
