职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily AP work in a timely and accurate manner.
2. Verify payments are with proper authorizations and approvals, ensure guidelines and procedures are well complied with.
3. SAP booking - AP invoice/journal booking for monthly payments, PO payments and accrual/reversal transaction, clearing transaction, intercompany transactions.
4. Organize and submit payment documents to Treasury team; including overseas payment applications through tax bureau & banking authorities.
5. Review reimbursement application submitted from both stores and office.
6. Bank reconciliation; Input tax reconciliation; Merchant AP payments reconciliation.
7. Work closely with internal and external stakeholder in timely manner

Requirements:
1, 2 years plus accounting working experience with 1 year payment processing experience
2, Experience in retail industry and e-commerce business, preferable in fashion industry
3, Excellent Excel skills

Competence & Education:
1, Financial accounting, financial management bachelor degree or above
2, Solid finance skills
3, A good team player
4, Logical thinking, factual base and good English communication skills
