Position: Localization Engineer
Reporting to: Localization Lead Engineer

Localization Engineer reports to Localization lead engineer. The successful applicant will be technically competent with the ability to work with tight project deadlines while ensuring all required procedures and quality checks are followed.
软件本地化是在源语言版本的基础上，通过翻译、定制和参数配置等工作，使软件产品或系统在语言、时区、度量衡、文化、风俗习惯等各个方面与当地国家和地区的相应内容相一致，从而满足特定地区的用户的使用需求。
本地化工程师向本地化工程师主管汇报。合格的申请人需要具备一定的技术能力，在时间紧迫的项目中仍能够确保项目进度和控制质量。
Main duties and responsibilities:
· Processing, tracking, managing and archiving files with software tools
· Define and prepare files
· Define scope of source
· Provide team feedback on issues
· Communicate and cooperate with team members regarding engineering issues
· Co-ordinate deliverables and changes, track status
· Investigate bugs and implement the fixes into software.

· 使用软件进行文件处理，实施项目进度跟踪、管理及存档
· 定义并准备文件
· 定义项目源文件范围
· 及时向团队汇报风险问题
· 与团队成员合作解决工程技术难题
· 与供应商协调各种交付和变更问题，进行项目跟踪
· 分析并找出软件中的bug并及时修复
Requirements:
· Active written English
· Knowledge of standard office software (MS Office)
· Familiarity with the MS Windows platforms
· Team player
