Cnoga医疗是总部在以色利的国际公司,研发、制造、销售无创无痛的医疗监测设备,并提供远程医疗健康管理服务。产品已在欧洲、亚洲和南美洲进行了广泛的临床试验。
现诚聘营销经理和总监,要求具备良好的领导、沟通、决策能力,负责公司产品中国市场销售,实现区域销售目标,带领和管理销售团队,建立维护客户关系。
岗位职责:
1. 遵守公司营销政策制度,完成或超额完成销售指标;
2. 负责制定销售目标、预算和工作计划;
3. 寻找、识别和发展新的市场机会;
4. 与客服和质量人员协同处理客户投诉和解决问题;
5. 善于搜集和及时发现竞争对手策略, 包括市场趋势、客户动态、计划部署和价格等;
6. 推荐建议新的市场趋势以便公司调整战略计划;
7. 提前规划年度差旅计划,并即时向上级汇报出差报告;
8. 在营销区域内发展新业务,提供客户基本信息,拜访、激励、培训新老客户;
9. 对重点主要客户,落实“关键客户”策略;
10. 参加展会、论坛、技术交流等促进产品销售;
11. 执行公司管理层有关的工作要求。

岗位要求:
1. 医疗相关专业本科学历, MBA;
2. 英语说写和本地语言流利;
3. 计算机使用熟练;
4. 4年以上营销管理经验;
5. 有实现销售业绩增长和利润的操作实务;
6. 有选拔培训和管理销售代表的实战能力;
7. 表达交流沟通能力强;
8. 能够接受50%的以上工作时间出差。

Sales Manager

CNOGA Medical has an open position for a Sales Manager.

CNOGA Medical Ltd., an international privately held company, is a leading developer and manufacturer of innovative, non-invasive, pain-free medical devices for personal use, as well as professional remote medical care. CNOGA Medical is pursuing a future in which people conduct simple, needle-free blood tests in the comfort of their own homes or other locations. CNOGA’s systems have undergone extensive clinical trials, are and are being commercialized throughout Europe, Asia, and South America.

This position (for a sales manager) will require leadership, communication of tactical decisions, and play a leading role in the development and integration of the sales organization in China. In addition, the Sales Manager will meet or exceed his/her sales objectives promoting, selling, and supervising regional sales individuals and sales distributors through professional sales techniques. The Sales Manager will lead the sales team to build long-term customer relationships.

Job Functions include but are not limited to:
1. Meeting and exceeding set sales quotas while adhering to CNOGA’s sales rules of engagement.
2. Prepare sales budget, objectives, and expense goals.
3. Seek, identify, and secure new business through market investigation and sales development activities.
4. Work with customers, QC, and customer support staff to resolve customers’ issues and complaints.
5. Spend an apt amount of time in the field to gather competitive intelligence and observe first hand: current market trends, customer attitudes, programs and pricing effectiveness.
6. Recommend new market trends so that management can make and adjust strategic plan accordingly.
7. Prior planning on an annual basis for travel itineraries and activities for customers’ contacts. Preparation of timely report on these contacts.
8. Travel within the territory to assist agents and sales team in developing new business. Providing the primary contacts, assisting in educating and motivating, and visiting potential and existing accounts with them.
9. Provide the primary customer field contact, and developing and implementing “key accounts” strategies
10. Represent company at trade exhibitions, conferences and technical meetings to promote products.
11. Perform any other related lawful duties that may be given by the management from time to time.

Skills and Experience:
1. University Degree: medical related background; and MBA
2. Speak and write fluent English and able to communicate in local dialect.
3. Computer literate.
4. Four years of sales management experience managing an office based Sales Force.
5. Demonstrated ability to grow sales and profits.
6. Demonstrated ability to recruit, train and manage sales representatives.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communicational skills.
8. Must be able to travel more than 50% of the time.
