Job Description 职责描述：
？ Analyses information from current business systems.
？ Arranges specifications by developing logical sequence; preparing flowwharts; researching solutions;
？ Plans program by following specifications;
？ Encodes specifications by converting logical sequence and workflow into program language;
？ Verifies encoding by performing trial runs; modifying code.
？ Prepares program reference by documenting control language.
？ Accomplishes department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
？ Develop tailored Configuration Management tools to support the Project Management processes in large scale projects, combining information from several sources and providing detailed reports as support for project control and management. This includes relevant information for PM, Engineering, Site Management, Logistics, Productions, Finance, etc.
？ Picking out and checking the price of the components from the BEUMER systems as well as inquire new price through Procurement Department if necessary
？ Merging the costs to the production cost and further commercial impacts to determine the cost price and recommend the sale price quoted
？ Determining the required working plans with Process Planning or independently
？ Summarizing the recorded and calculated data in the pre-calculation programs, checking, forwarding and filing them for processing afterwards
？ Any task assignment from department manager
Job Requirements 任职要求：
College Degree and with program Engineering or related major
About 4 years related experience in charge of program Engineer
Good written and spoken English
C, C++, VBA, .NET
Management and Development of SQL Databases
Excel and Access applications development (including .NET and VBA)
