职位描述：
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for system upgrade, suggesting some effective pre-requests
- Creating financial product, new models and linking products with dealers and models.
- Setting logics for service fees and maintaining figures, double checking the service fees with Finance department and Sales department.
- Responsible for testing before new products launch
- Cooperate with IS Dept., communicate and coordinate business related works to guarantee daily business operation.
- Provide professional IT knowledge support for Auto financial product development, create new product system setting schedule, follow up and guarantee data work to be finished in time.
- Other system related work

Qualifications:
- Education Background: Finance or IT related major, bachelor degree or above
- Work Experience: 3 years or above related experience about Finance or Information
- System or related experience about Netsol system’s operation, priority for whom with financial business experience

Professional Ability:
- Familiar with the basic knowledge of Finance; information security;
- Have knowledge about industry advanced systems and operation on system product;
- Have basic knowledge about business operation process and product standard of enterprise
- Basic knowledge for the regulations of enterprise internal control mechanism and risk management and rules;
- Good communication ability and time management;
- Good operation ability on business system;
- Good planning and executive ability, coordination ability and interpersonal communication skills;
- Initiative, team work, high sense of responsibility, certain ability of self-study;
- Integrity and decisive force
Other Requirements:
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and PPT writing ability, structure clear, easy to understand and express the intention;
- Database or writing a complex Excel spreadsheet capability;
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and oral)

岗位职责
- 负责产品系统升级开发中，提出前期设计需求和路径；
- 负责市场部在系统中的创建金融产品、创建车型信息以及金融产品、车型和经销商绑定等信息工作；
- 业务系统的日常维护和支持，其中包括业务需求收集，业务系统用户测试协调等工作；
- 负责经销商服务费系统逻辑设置和维护，与销售部、财务部核对经销商服务费；
- 负责新产品上线测试工作；
- 与IS部门紧密配合，协助有关业务系统的各项协调工作，确保业务的顺利进行；
- 协助部门内部，为汽车金融产品开发设计提供专业的支持，制定新产品系统上线计划表，追踪和保证上线计划准确完成；
- 协助编写开发需求文档；
- 与公司内部相关部门保持密切沟通，回复业务系统相关的咨询和/或解决运营中出现的问题，确保业务系统能充分满足业务需求；
- 深刻了解公司相关部门对系统的需求，寻求解决系统问题的方案及负责方案起草，并将公司实际业务要求提交IS部门处理；
- 协助制作并跟进信息安全政策，以确保公司信息安全，包括目前正在处理、储存的或是进入系统的信息；
- 记录并维护业务系统文件。

岗位任职资格
- 教育程度：金融或信息系统相关专业，本科以上学历
- 工作经验：3年以上Netsol系统操作相关经验，拥有金融领域业务经验者优先考虑

专业能力：
- 熟悉IT基本知识和信息安全基本知识；
- 了解行业先进的系统和系统产品操作；
- 对于公司的业务操作流程和标准有基本了解；
- 对于公司内控机制和风险管理条例和规则有基本认识；
- 较好的沟通交流及时间管理的能力；
- 较好的业务系统操作能力；
- 良好的计划和执行能力，协调能力和人际沟通能力；
- 积极主动，具备团队意思，具有高度的责任心，有一定的自学能力；
- 个人正直，并具有决断力

其他要求：
- 熟练操作Word, Excel, Outlook并PPT编写能力强，结构及意图表达清晰、易于理解；
- 具有数据库或编写复杂的Excel spreadsheet能力；
- 熟练掌握英语及普通话(书面及口语)。
