Job Duties:
? Update and Manage Software and Provide Software Support
? Account and Network Administration and Documentation
? Provide Hardware Support
? Provide Facilities/Assets Support and Maintenance
? Manage implementation of projects, time and communication
? Carry out On Call Duties for all offices of North China out side of normal business hours
? According to department head commond, travel to remote sites to manage office relocations, upgrades and implementations
? According to department head commond ,conduct Research and Planning, design and implement new technology, projects, systems, infrastructure and policies.
? Suppliers and Vendors: Maintain and build relationships with suppliers and vendors as specified by Manager, IT and Infrastructure Including out sourced IT support for Satellite and regional offices.
? Daily base operation system Support
? Daily helpdesk on call for all pc problem of hardware & software.
? Daily maintenance device of IT.
? According to department head command, manage implementation of projects, time and communications
