Job Responsibilities:

- Make sales forecasting analysis and take effective actions on stock management, analyze the data of product or store location past performance and identify missed opportunities;

- Work closely with product analysis team, give suggestion on the order repeat and sales campaign planning;

- Ensure the efficient allocation and in-season store replenishment processes to balance and manage inventory. Weekly allocation to capitalize on maximizing business;

- Evaluate the proper inventory level for each store. Grow efficiency in inventory management in replenishment and stock balance;

- Evaluate the stock transfer request from stores, propose products from possible sources to maximize sales opportunity;

- Communicate with regional sales managers & province managers, provide product and area specific solutions so that support to grow sales;

- Monitor closely the monthly product sales performance record, provide analysis & action plan;

- New store inventory deployment; Store stock allocation in campaign or sales; Seasonal return arrangement;

- Manage sales in a region, and provide different analysis report, different strategy to grow the sales performance;

- Wholesale channel maintenance, include wholesale P&L forecast, communication with vendors;

- E commerce business development. following e commerce business with company strategy;
