职位描述：
1. Responsible for material operation planning &scheduling.
? Setup stock levels on material base on sales forecast.
? Develop operation schedule to meet sales requirement.
? Follow up back order.
2. Develop, test and execute models for scheduling operations.
? Utilize SAP generated inventory reports to analyze inventory levels and improve service.
? Identify and control physical and material constraints. Test and develop strategies to maximize throughput and reduce costs.
? Calculate specific safety stock levels on products with high demand and develop strategies to ensure 100% service level.
3. Assist system wide and/or lead localized improvement efforts that increase throughput, improve service, reduce operating costs and/or reduce inventory.
? Identify and implement regular system maintenance of SAP master data.
? Use reporting tools within SAP and ancillary systems to develop/refine measures: cycle time, yield, throughput, efficiency, inventory levels, rework, resource utilization, etc.

1. 2 years’ experience in Planning
2. Proficiency in SAP system
