Scope of Roles:


As local expert to assist co-workers with use of CEMS and other project implementation.

Key Responsibilities/Challenges:

? Work closely hand-in-hand and continually with the project and technical team
? Troubleshoot for branch core banking system like CEMS, eBBS, Panda, and other system related problems with the support of project team
? To be the first point of contact in case the branch resources face a problem, to identify if reported problem is a query or an issue
? Co-ordinate and help in raising problem tickets
? Know the business and are the "Champions" to answer system functionality and business process questions
? Subject matter expert to guide users on ‘what’s in it for me’ on system functionality and business process questions
? Become the local expert of rollout project
? Improve CEMS usage rate across opened Branches including CRMOD, SCB Way and SP function
? Cooperation with SCB Way Coach and SBM/RBM for CCS ration improvement
? New on-boarding users to be provided training on CEMS and other systems cross these branches at regular intervals
? New branch to be provided training on all related systems
? Raise system BRD, perform UAT and prepare systems user manual for different job role
? UAT, UVT and training for systems enhancement requirement
? Preparation and send system tips and control points broadcast to frontline
? Accomplish new project assignment by the lead of project manager
? Regular onsite support to the respective locations
? Handle frontline problem

Selection Criteria:

? College degree or above
? 3-5 years bank operation experience
? Good knowledge of banking products and process, branch experience preferred
? Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
? Relevant experience preferred in Banking industry
? Good communications skills and ability to understand frontline requirements
? Good systems thinking skills and problem solving approach
? Good interpersonal and team orientation skills
? Proficient in PC applications and English
? A team player, optimistic, presentable and sociable
? Familiar with MS office software
