职位描述：
Responsibilities:

1) Build and expand the company's designated aircraft component maintenance capacity;
?2) Evaluate and select shop equipment to adequately support maintenance operations;
3) Plan and implement the tools, equipment, raw materials and accessories needed for production;
4) Ensure that the facilities and equipment of the workshop are in good condition;
5) Evaluate and plan production processes based on requirement of CAAC/EASA/FAA and production plan;
6) Manage, train and motivate staff to achieve the required targets;
7) Review the status of planning and manufacturing, cost management, and quality management;
8) Draft the annual repair shop investment budget and operation plan to meet MRO development targets;
9) Follow all government and workshop safety and environment regulations through planning, implementation and manufacturing including proper use of industrial safety equipment;
10) Implement safe production to ensure that the operation process is in line with the requirements of the safety management system;
11) Monitor and manage the risk control / mitigation measures or plans for repair shop;
12) Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Customer Service Director.

Requirements:

1) At least 5 years of work experience in aircraft component maintenance, should be combined with a demonstrated track-record of accomplishments as a Repair Shop Manager, and with satisfying customers in technology-driven, developing companies;
2) Workshop supervisory experience in an Aerospace MRO environment
3) Familiar with FAA, CAAC and EASA regulations;
4) Knowledge of aircraft component and /or aircraft maintenance;
5) Experience in production standards and tolerance principles;
6) Understanding of lean enterprise management;
7) Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
8) Excellent communication skills (oral and written);
9) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
