职责描述：
- Market research
Analyse the industry trends, the competition and opportunity of TIGER, Cofirm the market segment, product system,
- Credential management:
Develop the upsteam credential project and gain the sales revenue..
- New product development:
To realize the industry marketing proactively and leading the industry new product development.
- Industry manaement
Manage the entry barrier and price of industry product, ensure the industry orderly
development.
- Supporting for sales
Supply the industry product training and cooridnate the pre-sales service.
Help sales team to keep relationship with downstream plant.
- Key accountant management
Visiting clients termly, Promote and launch TIGER brand and new products.

市场研究：进行行业动态、趋势、竞争力及老虎机会的分析，确定行业细分市场、产品体系、行业指导价及目标客户。
上游认证：对筛选过的目标客户，进行国内上游项目开发，达成项目指定，并实现销售转化；
新产品开发：主动了解行业市场，主导行业新产品开发。
行业管理：管理行业产品门槛及价格，保证行业有序发展。
销售支持：提供行业产品培训，协调售前服务及第三方检测报告，促成销售订单。
帮助公司销售同上游指定后续加工厂商，建立商务关系，转入商务流程
大客户管理：定期走访重要客户，沟通交流行业信息，介绍公司新产品，增加客户粘性。

任职要求：
- Bachelor degree or above；
- Over 5 years Auto-related industry expericence in sales and marketing.
- Prefer the experience on automobile factory
- Fluent english；
