职位描述：
？ Support the Treasury Manager to oversee timely forecasting of cash flows for funding management and determination of capital calls / debt drawdowns;
协助资金部经理及时监督预测资金管理的现金流动以及资本要求/债务削减的测定；
？ Monitor the funding cost consistent with or under the aim of the budget & forecast;
监控集资成本与预测预算的一致性；
？ Support the Treasury Manager to monitor operation activities to ensure compliance with loan documents;
协助资金部经理监控日常运营以确保贷款文件合规性；
？ Responsible for the daily treasury activity: monitor cash flows, placement of time deposit, disbursement & collections in E-banking system;
负责日常资金活动：监控现金流动，定期存款配置，电子银行系统中的支出流入；
？ Responsible for month end treasury close;
负责月末资金关账
？ Support the Treasury Manager to liaise with various banks for the facility establishment, drawdown and E-banking management;
协助资金部经理针对设施建立/削减以及电子银行管理与银行保持联系
？ Support the Treasury Manager to manage the banking relationships and working capital movement of the Company to ensure the healthy running, efficient utilization & maintain safety of company funds.
协助资金经理管理银行的关系，确保公司资本运营的健康流动以及公司基金的使用有效性、安全性。

Job Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree or above of accounting/finance;
本科及以上，会计、金融相关学历
？ 3 years or above working experience in FIs or MNCs;
3年以上金融机构/跨国公司工作经验
？ Familiar with the SAFE and Tax policy related to the payment and receivables; PRC GAAP;
熟悉付款/应收账款的SAFE和税收政策及中国会计准则
？ Proficiency in Microsoft applications – especially Excel;
熟练使用MS软件，尤其是Excel
？ Good English communication and writing skills;
良好的英语沟通和写作能力
？ Adaptable quickly into new environment and culture;
快速适应新的文化环境
？ Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills;
良好的问题解决能力和人际交往能力
？ Good team player with high team-work spirits;
