Responsibilities 工作职责:
· Communicate effectively between AQF operations team, factories and clients to prepare inspections all over China.
· Coordinate closely with factories to validate the inspection date and factory address following client's requirements.
· Work together with the account managers to provide accurate information and excellent service to our customers.
Requirements 职位要求:
· College degree or above,English or business English major is priority. 大专以上学历,英语或商务英语专业优先;
· New Graduated or the thid year of University. 毕业生或大三学生;
- Good English, both oral and written. 优秀的英语口语和书面能力;
· Service oriented, strong interpersonal skills, highly professional,friendly; 具备自我管理,较强的沟通能力;对人友善;
· Team player with good communication skills. 有较好的沟通技巧和团队精神;
· Good computer skills including Microsoft Office. 优秀计算机能力。
- 6 months(from Nov.2017 to May.2018) or (Feb.2018 to Aug.2018) internship trainee period in Coordination team with 1 month Probation.
实习期:在协调部门实习6个月(2017年11月至2018年5月)或(2018年2月至8月),1个月试用期。
· Working 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. 工作时间: 5天8小时工作制
- For good employees can be transfered as fulltime employee after graduated if there is vacancy. 实习期表现优秀者在公司有空缺职位时可以转为全职
- Location: Shenzhen 工作地点:深圳
