职位描述：
工作职责:
负责航线销售，并会有一部分文件操作工作。

1. To keep close monitor market trend and competitor’s activities, answer phone call & rate enquiries and prepare & send out quotation as required.
密切关注市场信息及竞争者动态，及时处理客户咨询，按要求公布运价表。
2. To keep close contact with key clients and updated of RCL’s products by ensuring announcement schedule & promotion flyer reached them in right channel.
与客人保持良好的关系，通过船期表、促销单等方式及时向目标客户更新RCL的产品。
3. Update inland container activity in EMS timely. Follow up long stay EQ, keep communication with POL, push shipper/consignee take D/O and deliver EQ in due course.
密切关注集装箱动态，维护EMS系统。跟踪长期未拆箱，与起运港保持联系，督促客户提货还箱。
4. Check freight charges and make the difference with normal cargo, DG, RA cargo. After got customer booking list, make quotation in DCS and also apply container free days if needed.
检查运费收入，区分普货、危险品及RA。接到客户订单后，及时在DCS系统中完成费用及免用期确认。
5. After get the inland barge code from customer, create barge vessel/voyage in DCS.
根据客户提供的订单信息，在DCS系统中创建驳船资料。
6. Once quotation approved, according to customer 2nd vessel/voyage request, make booking in DCS and make sure correct routing and relative cost/data in DCS.
收到总部费用确认后，按照客户要求在系统中安排母船订舱，确保数据及时有效。
7. Inform customer booking confirmation and B/L no. Make daily report of inland cargo booking situation.
通知客户订舱确认及提单号等。每日按时按成内陆订舱日报。
8. After got customer’s confirmation that container have been loaded on barge, complete barge EZLL and EZDL within 3 days.
收到客户装船确认后，3个工作日内在DCS系统中完成驳船EZLL和EDLL确认。
9. Prepare inland document (check the change for vessel carefully) and send to agent for cargo transshipment customs declaration and terminal loading/discharging arrangement. If shipment changes to different barge or 2nd vessel, make sure to do re-nomination correctly. Update correct container No. with this shipment in DCS.
准备内陆单证资料（核对船名航次等信息），发送代理安排中转报关及装卸母船。如果该票货物预装驳船或母船发生变化，需重新提交并在DCS系统中予以更新。
10. Manifest B/L after ensure data is correct; Send telex release notice or original B/L to POD or shipper. In case of change freight or other relative cost, do MA and send MA application to account in time.
确保出具提单、舱单等文件准确无误，按要求发放电放通知或正本提单至相关部门或人员。如运费或其他内容需要修改，及时向总部发送更改通知。

任职要求:
1) Degree: Diploma or above
大专以上学历，相关专业
2) English: Fluently
书面英语要求
3) Experience: 2 years’ relevant working experience.
两年以上相关行业经验
4) Computer: Good command of MS
会基本办公软件
5) Others: High leaning ability and be willing to do more
