Your contribution at AIG
Joining a full-time Early Career Program with AIG is a great way to enhance business acumen and to gain insight into the Insurance industry. In this role, you will work closely with various business stakeholders where appropriate and will be responsible for sourcing candidates and cultivating a pipeline of best-in-class talent for AIG.
? Assist supervisor on developing and implementing recruitment strategies and recruitment programs to achieve Excellent Customer Satisfaction results.
? Manage and participate in full life-cycle recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, negotiating offers and facilitating the hiring and on-boarding process.
? Generate qualified talent pipelines to shorten recruiting lead time and meet business requirement.
? Carry out other ad hoc duties when required.

What we are looking for
? Demonstrated abilities to work in a fast paced and demanding environment with a proven track record of juggling multiple competing tasks and demands.
? A great passion to pursue career in Human Resources in an MNC organization.
? Prior full-time or internship working experience in talent acquisition would be an advantage.
? Good command of English and Mandarin Chinese. Well versed in communications.
? You will be graduating in 2017 and available for full-time employment starting early 2018. Recent graduates will also be considered. 举报 分享
