职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Corporate Legal Counsel, China will be a part of the Autoliv Headquarter Legal Team that is located in Asia. The Legal Counsel will be responsible for assisting with all legal matters relating to Autoliv’s business throughout China. The Corporate Legal Counsel will assist with all matters as necessary, with primary responsibility in the region for:

1. Negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, including communications with internal and external customers
2. Understanding and identifying strategic approaches to solving complex business challenges while managing risk;
3. Managing litigation matters and handling governmental inquiries
4. Addressing human resource issues
5. Addressing China customs matters
6. Assisting with joint ventures, including Board meetings and business transactions
7. Ensuring timely completion of all corporate governance requirements
8. Preparing intellectual property license agreements
9. Assisting with product regulatory compliance
10. Working closely with other functions to provide support as needed
11. Advising on compliance matters and providing necessary training to relevant employees
12. Supporting other members of Autoliv’s Legal Team with issues and opportunities relating to the region
13. Completing other tasks as assigned by the Vice President Legal, Asia

Requirements:
1） Juris Doctorate, Master of Law, or equivalent degree
2） Strong working knowledge of PRC laws and regulations
3） 5-15 years of legal experience
4） Strong spoken and written English skills
5） Willingness and ability to travel
6） Unquestionable ethics and integrity
7） Proven ability to work successfully on cross-functional and cross-cultural teams
8） Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9) Committed team player
10）Willingness to step in and help wherever needed

Additional Qualifications:
1） Multiple language skills a plus
2） Experience in automotive industry a plus
