ESSENTIAL TASK:
? The position performs the day-to-day functions and tasks related to sales operations including but not limited to quotes, contracts, commissions, and sales support to the field
? Support the generation of quotations and contracts for the sales staff.
? Create and manage requests relating to contract generation, terms, performance criteria and other specialized contract needs.
? Develop and maintain knowledge of, and performing job functions in compliance with internal rules, regulations and policies
? Coordinate the submission of proposals, planning meetings, tracking sales progress and maintaining department database records.
? Oversees and ensures timely and accurate submission of contracts, contacts, events and invoices through in-house CRM.
? Coordinate workflow of all sales processes including but not limited to forecast tracking, sales analysis, loyalty program.
? Oversees logistics for all events and directly manages logistics for specifically assigned events, as well as related contracts.
? Coordinates meeting dates for committee meetings and develops board meeting materials.
? Coordinate with other internal functions to better support the BD team and sales targets.
? Prepare ad-hoc reports, as necessary, to support the sales processes.
? Continue to seek opportunities to streamline processes and enhance reliability involving all necessary business partners.
? Maintain positive vendor relations and understand vendor trends, strategies and distribution issues.
? Respond quickly and professionally to customer e-mails and calls within the defined customer Service Level Agreements.
? Assist in resolving client issues to ensure maximum satisfaction.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
1) Bachelor’s degree or above. Education background in Healthcare management, Marketing, Finance or Business related area preferred
2) 2-4 years of sales operations and/or customer service experience.
3) Fully comfortable with multi-cultural, start up working environment
4) Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal skills.
5) Excellent analytical skills.
6) Superior computer applications skills with Microsoft Office products, databases and CRM Experience using various information resources including the internet, databases, publications, etc.
7) Some understanding of proposal generation and financial analytics ability to utilize spreadsheet models to track, analyze and interpret cost, revenue and profit of potential and actual orders.
8) Ability to handle multiple and changing priorities
9) Ability to work effectively, independently and in a team environment.
10) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, productivity, and time management.
11) Positive attitude, self and team motivation, and flexibility.
