Responsibilities:
- Put candidate experience above all else.
- Demonstrate passion and are deeply familiar with our industry, key people, and recruiting best practices.
- You easily tailor and execute an end-to-end recruiting process for widely different positions.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior management to understand hiring needs; clearly map out hiring strategies and manage expectations throughout the process.
- Track and report metrics for a dynamic recruiting team, drive pipeline in support of your business partners.
- We are a team that broadly supports and encourages new ideas, so bring some of your own.
Key Performance Indicators
- 3+ years of hands-on recruiting experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proactive and able to work autonomously.
- Experience recruiting top tier talent using diverse and creative sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong relationships.
- You are able to articulate the company's mission, vision, values, products, and culture.
- Proven success delivering customer service through relationship building and understanding of the business.
- Ability to sell, negotiate, and close.
