JOB PURPOSE:
This role is responsible for
-Helping businesses match our Sanofi customer needs (customers: doctors, patients, health authorities, etc.) to innovative digital solutions
-Developing integrated channel strategies for our business
-Crystalizing Commercial Model design/partnership based on digital solutions and pilots across businesses
-Increasing customer engagement whilst decreasing contact cost
The role will be seen as a leading position providing expertise across BUs within Pharma Ops
The purpose of this position is to:
-Understand brand objectives and strategy, and support brand teams in defining the best multichannel approach in line with it.
-Support smooth implementation of multichannel processes
-Develop in China affiliate multichannel capabilities
-Establish and maintain effective relationships across various organizational levels to influence buy-in and acceptance of new strategies and initiatives
ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT:
Under Commercial Excellence Department, Pharmaceutical Operations. Direct report to Customer Innovation Director
SUPERVISED RESOURCES:
No direct report at this stage
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
-Define with brand teams the Multi-Channel approach
-Develop specific customer insights. Liaise with brand managers to bring-in customer focus within brand-focus thinking
-Develop an integrated multi-channel approach: identify key opportunities to enhance customer engagement & involvement, in a cost-efficient manner, through the delivery of ONE campaign through customer journey
-Support BU thinking on designing and piloting new modes of access to our customers
-Translate into specific and measurable objectives to support this multichannel approach
-Support smooth implementation of multichannel processes
-In collaboration with IS provide marketing, medical & sales teams guidance and support in the delivery of digital activities
-Systematic digital process and measures
-Digital guidelines (IS, regulatory, compliance, legal…)
-Establish effective partnerships externally with agencies, start-ups, suppliers to deliver solutions
-Track existing x-BU programs and provide improvement proposals
-Develop in China affiliate multichannel capabilities
-Develop knowledge of inside/outside SNF universe of solutions
trends within the sector
-Develop strong network within the digital/MCM community both internally (China, other affiliates, Corporate) and externally
-Liaise with CRM team to
-Develop internal Closed Loop Marketing (CLM) capabilities
-Provide recommendations and training on optimal use of CLM
-Identify training needs and in collaboration with Marketing Excellence, develop training solutions to equip marketing with appropriate skills
JOB-HOLDER ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
Education:

Bachelor degree or above. MBA degree preferred.
Experience & knowledge:
-Minimum 5-6 years of marketing experience in multinational Pharma companies, agency (digital or strategy), or FCMG space
-Strong knowledge in multi-channel marketing, CRM, CLM (close loop marketing), especially that leveraging digital channels
-Rich experience working on multiple projects in parallel and with multiple third-party service providers
-Experience in sales and/or in project management is a plus

-Strong business sense and judgment capability to identify the priority business questions
-Strong communication skills to influence key stakeholders and collaborate with partner departments
-Excellent interpersonal sense, able to liaise and collaborate with varied departments, able to influence
-Willingness to challenge the status quo

-Ability to work under pressure and potential overtime to deliver high-quality work on a timely basis
-Good command of both written and oral English, Mandarin.
