Duties and Responsibilities:
? Define Sephora official website animation (campaign) plans according to online strategy, seasonality and customers’ needs. Make sure the animation plan cover both company products strategy and online sales request.
? Effectively work with other function teams for animation operation, ensure animation launch time and performance.
? Work with BI team for animation analysis to improve animation performance.
? Work with advertising team on campaign proposals and control the quality.
? Keep up with online cosmetics trends and understand customers request for beauty.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree with at least 2 years related experience in E-Commerce promotions/campaigns, preferably from independent E-Commerce site or APP.
? Experience in cosmetic industry
? Strong communication and coordination skills
? Good team spirit, with a good sense of responsibilities
? Good multi-tasking abilities
? Good problem-solving ability, can work under pressure
