Position: Commodity Buyer -Stamping/Harness/Textile
职位要求:
Roles and Responsibilities:
1）Develop best in class suppliers (Cost, Quality, Delivery)
2）Establish Segment Strategies and provide input to global segment teams
3）Yearly productivity negotiation on global level with suppliers
4）Global Purchasing System and Commodity Strategy system updates
5）Identify and implement annual cost savings
6）Cost modelling
7）Negotiate & establish long term agreements
8）Identify bundle packages and provide sourcing recommendations to Sourcing Board
9）Supplier consolidation initiatives
10) Supplier capacity planning
11) Participate in cross functional and product family teams
12) Support delivery and quality objectives
13) Support VAVE Initiatives
Basic Requirement:
1) Above 5 years’ experience in a Purchasing role in a global environment; at least 3 or above working experience in automotive industry.
2) Familiar with commodity purchasing and better with supplier quality background.
3) Technical understanding.
4) With strong negotiation skill and thinking in smart.
5) Good communication and coordination skills.
6) Fluent English both in written and speaking.
7) General ideas about cost evaluation.
8) Can be worked under pressure and frequent conference call off time and business trip.
