Objectives of the Position
? Support account business technically, working together with lab technician, TPM team and service people on customer site to solve problems
Main Tasks
?Communicate with customers and timely handle the problems put by customers. Keep good cooperation with customers to ensure the smooth development of company business.
?Gather all the technical problems from customer service representative & site supervisors, and prioritize the issues with lab service and TPM team, work together with lab service team and TPM team to solve the problems.
? Support colleague on site to launch new products
? Support account manager to improve product/business profit technically
Minimum Education and Qualification Required for the Position
? Education: College Graduated
? Working Experience: At least 10 years related experience in coating & Auto industry
? Technical & Professional Knowledge: Knowledge in line coating process, technical service background is preferred; good communication skill; computer skills
