工作职责:
? ? 直接汇报的对象是销售经理,主要的工作内容是采取驻店等方式培训经销商的各类零售人员,包括销售、设计师、业务经理、店长等。培训的效果主要评估方式为,在一段时间内所培训经销商的零售业绩达到提升的目标。

职位要求:

? 按照培计划到店实施培训,并在较短时间内取得明显效果,甚至达到提升目标;
? 按计划和标准检查经销商店面零售标准,人员技能,并进行有效的辅导;
? 到店培训的主要人员及技能有:
· 零售销售代表;
· 零售设计师;
· 零售店长/经销商;
? 有责任提炼、创新并实践符合品牌的零售销售模式,完善零售培训技能体系。
RELATIONSHIPS AND CONTACTS
? Reports to Sales Training Manager, Cabinetry
? Frequent contact with Retail Sales Manager,Various regional sales manager and director
? Frequent contact with other functional managers of Company China.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
? Academic level, male or female;
? Domestic / foreign well-known home, furniture, building materials sales experience brand practitioners, at least 2 years experience in the actual sales terminals;
? Have some training experience, a long-term training in various types of shop personnel, the ability to boost sales
? To base in shanghai, long-term business to adapt;
? 学历不限,男女不限;办公在上海,适应长期出差;
? 国内/国外知名家居、家具、建材品牌的5年以上从业销售经验,至少2年终端实际销售经验;有一定的培训经验,有驻店培训各类人员,具备独立销售中高端产品,提升销量的能力
