Responsibility:
1. Provide leadership and develop strategic plan to service department according to company strategy deployment, and continuously improve after-sales service system to satisfy both internal and external customers;
2. Manage the warranty handling process according to company procedure; coordinate internal technical and application support, lead customer complaint solving process and increase customer satisfaction, establish good communication relationship with customers;
3. Manage and plan workload of service team to optimize manpower utilization, supervision and support service team, make department training plan to enhance employee service skills;
4. Lead to develop and update maintenance work instruction and troubleshooting sheet, develop annual training plan for distributors and major customers;
5. Cooperate with sales and application team, completely implement on-field teardown repair and reset up, collect and follow up customer feedback after service;
6. Own KPIs of after sales service team, submit weekly and monthly report, and CMs for those missed KPIs;
7. Develop and implement procedures to ensure Lean Work Flow processes throughout the after sales service team;
8. Evaluate customer's repair and service requirements which out of warranty term, prepare quotation and conduct on-field service;
9. Take part in daily ad-hoc technical problem solving and troubleshooting;
10. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors Degree in mechanical engineering;
2. Minimum 3 years service management experience in mechanical field;
3. Business mindset and customer oriented with good planning and analytical skills;
4. Strong communication skill is essential. Be able to work with all level of people internally and externally;
5. Strong problem solving skills, be able to work with professional confidence and a high degree of independence;
6. Team player, with entrepreneurial spirit and willing to work outside normal working hours;
7. Coach subordinates;
8. Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese are required.
