职位描述：
Responsibilities:
? To support China Service Teams to create class-leading Edwards Service operations by providing effective functional Safety, Health and Environment.
? Responsible for providing guidance to service teams to ensure compliance with legislation, group standards and policies, and for building commitment, understanding and ownership of operational EHS actions in Service team so as to ensure continuous improvement of Edwards EHS performance and permanent reduction of risks.
? Coordinate and support for customer EHS resources and 3rd party providers to understand and address their specific needs.
Record of lagging indicators for accidents & incidents involving the following against set targets, and corrective actions taken: customers, contractors; vehicles; products
? Service group safety meetings/workshops held;
? FS group safety committee established and meetings held regularly
? safety behavioural programme implemented;
? policy on use of personal protective equipment (PPE) implemented;
? third-party safety plan implemented;
? Permit to Work system implemented;
? Implements site waste management system, including waste inventory, segregation, storage and disposal;
? driver safety programme
? EHS training;
? audit plan adherence

Requirements:
? Diploma in Engineering, Accounting, or Business/Economics or equivalent working experience.
? 1-3 years related experience preferable.
? Knowledge of EHS internal standards RCE’s, and industry-specific performance reporting standards and requirements.
? Possess general awareness of EHS-related technical skills, including HAZOP, all aspects of risk assessment and accident investigation.
? Good computer proficiency and advance knowledge of MS Office Suite, internet/intranet functionalities and specialised database applications.
? Electric safety skill and training, including earthing, electric fire prevention from wire and parts or equipment.
? Loss control skill for fire safety, including ERP/ERT drill, detector system and fire fighting system.
? Semiconductor / TFT LCD process and abatement system safety skill for product safety and customer requirement.
